What makes me PsoStrong

As you can see, over the last year, the frequency of posts on my site has dwindled.

Why is that?

Well, it’s because of numerous factors. . .

  1. I was able to get off disability completely and get back to work! (YES!)
  2. I’ve been writing for many other online publications and, at the end of the day, my hands hurt. So instead of pushing my body past where it should go, I have forgone my own blog.

BUT, just because there are a lack of posts on this blog, DOESN’T mean I’m slacking in the patient advocacy department. In fact, I’m pumping out more content and contributing now more than ever.

In saying that, I want to call your attention to a few posts that have recently published. I was approached a few months back to write for a site called PsoStrong. It’s geared towards patients living with psoriatic disease. AND all the bloggers on the site have psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis themselves.

The list of bloggers is impressive – Alisha Bridges, Howard Chang, Brenda Kong, Jonathan Scott, and myself.

To date (of this post publishing), I’ve had a few posts publish and have many more scheduled to hit the site in the next year to come. I’d love for you to check them out and let me know what you think.

I’m particularly interested in getting your thoughts on this article the most: What Makes Me PsoStrong?

Love this post. As someone who has a chronic condition and is also a blogger, I find it incredibly difficult to keep up to date on my blog. I’m currently off of disability also and working (yay) and when I come home from work the last thing I feel like doing is getting back on a computer….and when you’re mentally and physically fatigued from a full work day it’s hard to do anything but lay on the couch.
