I’ve been blogging my entire journey in hopes that it will help others make informed decisions about their AVN treatment. I searched for answers and was on crutches for 3.5 years before I found the solution to my avascular necrosis. My hope is that you don’t have to go through the same pain and agony I did. You’re NOT alone and there ARE options out there.
Real talk . . . having a baby truly changes EVERYTHING. Before I had my daughter I’d spend my nights after working blogging and connecting with the patient community.
Since having my daughter, my evenings are filled with dinner, playtime, getting ready for bed and then I’m ready to paaaaaaasssssss out.
But, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
And honestly, there was a time that I wasn’t sure I WOULD have it that way. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to walk – let alone run after a toddler.
I say all of this in hopes that you’ll go easy on me knowing I’m a YEAR late at posting this 4-year update. Technically I did record this video July 31, 2019, but apparently I suck at prioritizing and never made it a priority to get this posted. 🤦♀️
But here I am today remedying that as I present you with my 4-year Regenexx update video.
Main takeaways from this video:
- It’s getting harder to make these update videos because I have nothing to update on!
- I have no pain
- My knee is structurally fine
- I don’t have to restriction myself activity-wise due to my avascular necrosis
- THIS WAS LIFE CHANGING FOR ME!
If you’re not enjoying life and you need to restrict your activities because of pain – look for other solutions. And this is a wonderful option.
I suggest you go and make an appointment with the doctors. They’re realistic and aren’t going to tell you it will work if they’re not 100% sure. They told me it was a 50/50 shot. They didn’t push this procedure on me like I’ve had other doctors do.
In the 5 years, I’ve been in contact with different Regenexx doctors I can honestly say that each and every one of them wants to help patients get back to living their lives.
And that’s exactly what they’ve done for me!!
Wishing you a pain free day,
